How We Got Started

Contemporary Mortgage Services, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Howard “Corky” Howland. He began his career in the mortgage industry in 1977 and has lived in Central Florida all of his life. Together with his team of professional loan originators, Howard has propelled Contemporary Mortgage Services to the forefront of Central Florida’s mortgage brokers.

Having earned a reputation for prompt service and results, Contemporary Mortgage Services, Inc. specializes in closing residential mortgage loans. As a mortgage broker, they are able to shop to find the lowest available rates from their multiple wholesale lenders, while still providing a personal touch and availability not found anywhere else.
