Eddie was born in Philadelphia, PA. Seven years later, his family moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico. At 19 he joined the United States Army for four years before moving to Orlando in 1982. Eddie’s time in Puerto Rico allowed him to learn the Spanish language and being bi-lingual enables him to serve a multitude of clients in the State of Florida. Eddie and his family – a wife of 40+ years and daughter – have lived in Central Florida ever since.
Eddie began his career as a real estate agent from 1986 to 1989 before becoming a licensed mortgage lender and opening Orlando Financial Center in 1990 until 2022. As President of OFC, he has served the lending needs of builders, real estate brokers, associates, and individual home buyers.
Eddie has expertise in new purchases, refinancing, and new home construction loans. His knowledge of all facets of real estate makes him uniquely qualified to act in the best interest of his customers. Eddie is a loan originator with a strong reputation and is recognized for his outstanding customer service. He is well-respected in the lending community and is regarded as an expert in his field.
